Hi All,
We're at that stage now where we need to be giving final numbers to the Isla Gladstone Conservatory for the Charity event on 12th Feb.
I'm just writing to remind everyone on how they can pay for the charity night. Either by cheque, cash or direct into the charities account.
Although the social networking sites are great, there is nothing better than a direct email, text or like the good ole days...phone calls to confirm your attendance and then I can give you bank account information as needed.
Thanks to those who have sent cheques through already.

If the event sells out and the auction goes as successful, then the Trust aims to have at least 100 deprived kids and adults from Liverpool sailing by the end of the summer...maybe even have our own dinghies to!
Remember how much sailing has changed peoples lives off the Clipper race already...I'm a perfect example...I know the tickets may seem a little costly but I promise you that you will be guarenteed a fantastic night...fulfilled with a fantastic location, food and drinks and a jam packed evening of LIVE entertainment...no cost spared...if there is one thing in life I know how to do properly its have a party...kill two birds with one stone, have a boat, family, friends reunion or simply a romantic valentine's night out whilst supporting a great cause!!!
Thanks everyone

The Lisa Pover Trust took their updated brand to the London boat show at the weekend to raise awareness of their official launch on 12th february and of course to sell some the few remaining spaces left for their Black tie Valentine's Ball on the 12th Feb!
A great day was had by all and it was really special for the Trust to hear peoples views on the excellent work theyve been upto already...they have been working with 64 desprived kids before the Christmas time and then continuing with their families early March...that will be almost 100 deprived people on the water learning to sail who would never have had the opportunity or insight to have sailed before...a great success...so far! Still more to come...
There are still a few remaining spaces so if you would like to support the Charity and get the chance to meet Sir Robin Knox-Johnston (the Trusts Patron), then get in touch and we can get you booked in...
Thanks for everyones support so far, you really are helping to change peoples lives
Lisa
